Return to veganism round 1! Ding!

My breakfast: Attune Probiotic chocolate granola with Rice Dream and bananas.

Odwalla's Vanilla Almondo Protein shake


Lunch was a salad with carrots, broccoli, arugula, tofu, almonds, and white wine vinaigrette, strawberries, kale chips, and sweet potato fries with carrot juice.

My mid-afternoon snack: Almonds from the microkitchen fair. We had a fair where 50+ vendors came and let us sample their snacks, and we had to vote for snacks to put in our kitchens! Best day of my life!
Snacking too much... pop chips and granola:


This is going to be my dinner: Vegan mac n cheese, tofu tenders, broccoli and baby carrots, and greens.
