April 13, 2010: Overeater

My breakfast: green tea, special k with soy milk, a banana, and Danactiv


My lunch: a tuna sandwich with pepper hummus, pickled radish and cucumber, heirloom carrots, strawberry and spinach salad, brown rice with cranberries and walnuts, and munster cheese--whoops. Also a banana chip cookie!

Mareblu cashew nuggets for a snack
Dinner: Vegan Spaghetti with meatballs, arugula and a chocolate muffin
