April 27th, 2010: reeling from overstuffed madness

Snack:
Salad: Avocado, eggs, chicken, strawberries, and papaya juice.
I ate my roommate's leftover lemon and chili rice from my birthday for dinner. (Not Pictured)

April 28th, 2010: bite by bite

My breakfast juices of champions: extremely strong powdered green tea bc I accidentally dropped the whole bag of powder everywhere and in the cup, an emergen-C drink, urban detox drink, a banana and strawberry Pocky


My coworker got these from her mom in Ireland, they're called Crunchie, and they're chocolate bars with "honey comb" inside, which is actually a puffed up sugar material thats a lot like those street vendors in Korea who burn brown sugar on a stove and press shapes into it, anyone know what I'm talking about?

My Lunch: miso soup with tons of wakame, orange slice, a tiny piece of Saint Honore cake, one egg, a spoon of tuna salad, veggie pizza with goat cheese, and carrot juice. The tuna chirashi lunch box is my dinner.

April 26th, 2010: MY BIRTHDAY!!! EAT EAT EAT without a care!


This is only the beginning... for breakfast I ate a huge snickerdoodle from Nestle toll house. Then one grapefruit. (Breakfast not pictured) Then this is my lunch: mushroom ravioli, beets and roots, pumpernickel bread, pesto bowtie pasta, steak, edamame seaweed salad, rainbow chard, salad with eggplant, eggs, and marcona almonds, pretzel challah bread, and fries.

Dinner: My roommate made an Indian feast of dosa, two types of rice, chutney, samba and idli. This is carrot dosa, a dosa only made by her mother in the whole of India, and chili paste with chili rice.

April 23, 2010: Nom nom nom




Lunch was in three parts:

Part One: I had a homemade tortilla with squash quesadilla

Yes this is disgusting but I ate before I shot, its a watercress salad, guacamole, and strawberries
It was oyster day so I had four oysters and two buffalo wings. :T
Dinner: Veggie mon from nijiya and kimchee ramen from fresh noodles :)

My friend Sarah told me that inspirational quote once and I laughed my ass off. Then I cried.

I started off quite well but then went down the spiral.

Breakfast:

Lunch: a kids burrito because it was bring your child to work day, guacamole, strawberry juice, and carrot juice. I had so many things in my hands so the top of my car was the best place to take this picture.

April 20th: No juice fast




Breakfast: Cheese balls from Paris Baguette, not too different from the Gougere at Tartine!


Lunch: tried to juice it but didn't happen. Quinoa with mushrooms, baby nantes carrot, avocado, lentil cake with creme fraiche, beet puree

i ate this whole bag... obviously i went to the Korean supermarket!

April 19, 2010: Recovery


Tried to juice fast today and just couldn't. Small salad with asparagus, broccoli, and egg with yogurt dressing, two tuna avocado handrolls, and three strawberries for lunch.
