Backwards to forwards.. I started out this morning vegan, then I did the low carb high protein diet, meaning in one day I wasn't dieting at all, it was just "eating". Errrrr....
This is my dinner, which I started eating before I shot the pic. Steak, Chicken, Unagi, and a bit of salad.
Carrot Juice and Wheat Grass at Lunch
I had half this vegan tostada as a snack, in conjunction with my low carb lunch, lol.
My lowcarb lunch of salad, chicken, fish, and fruit, oil, vinegar, and guac as a dressing.
My breakfast of fruit, Danactiv, cornflakes soy milk and a banana.
